Captcha can't generate the keyword

I have a form problem. Don't see captcha code. Or send form, return error page. Please check my problem.

Hi there,

When I logged in to your account and tested your form, I replicated the same issue with you. The captcha field keeps loading, it can't generate the word; but when I clone it, the issue won't appear on the cloned one.

In this circumstances, I suggest you to remove and re-add the field and also, you can try to add other captcha alternatives which can be found on the "Widgets" section.

Alternatively, you can try to clone your current form and use the cloned one to beat this issue. If the issue persists, please do let us know.

Aslında tek sorun captcha kodu değil. Aşağıdaki resimde görebileceğiniz gibi formu kaydet dediğimizde sayfa içerisinde hata alıyoruz. Yani formu kayıt edemiyoruz. Acil olarak ilginizi ve problemi giderminizi rica eder, iyi çalışmalar dileriz.

Oncelikle, problem su anda Turkiye'nin yurtdisi internet cikislarinda olan problemden dolayi meydana gelmektedir. Yaptigim testlerde "jotformeu.com" uzerinden giden form kayitlarinin basarili sonuclanmadigini bende saptadim. Su anda, bu konuyla ilgili gerekli bilgileri verdim, guncellemeleri size burdan iletecegim. Anlayisiniz icin tesekkurler.
