Submissions are going to the old form instead of a new one

Applications sent to jotform are not appearing on jotform. They ARE coming through via email, but not everyone is checking this email site. How can we correct this glitch?

It happened with another one of our applications, but only two applications were lost. This time, I have 11 applications on my email, but only ONE in jotform.

    Hello cfgreen,

What I see are submissions coming in to form 42604107245951. Can you please check if email alerts from the submissions you've received are found there?

    Thanks.

Yes, but that form is expired and we are using the other form. How can I switch them and why did one actually go to the right form????

This same thing happened when I did applications for housing. ALL but two went to the right jotform. What causes the glitch???

    Thanks,

To correct this and have your correct form being filled out you would need to replace all the embedded forms from using the old code to using the new form embedding codes - with correct links.

Based on everything it seems that the issue is that you have kept the links to the old forms on your website instead of changing them with the new links.

As soon as you do, everything should be working properly.

Where do I change it? And I don't know why I have to change it. After all, two forms have come in to the correct jotform folder: https://form.jotform.com/60753446398163

And the rest have gone to this jotform folder: https://form.jotform.com/42604107245951 I DO NOT WANT THEM TO GO THIS FOLDER. It is last year's form!

How can it be that some of them have one link and another have the other link. IT MAKES NO SENSE. And there is no logic of how to fix it. I need specifics, please.

    Thank you.

    Hello cfgreen,

Can you please let us know your webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look?

    Thank you!

Do you mean this one where I edit: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=60753446398163

Or do you mean this one: https://form.jotform.com/60753446398163

Based on your replies, I presume that you are not embedding the form on your website.

For example what I mean by embedded on a website:

If my website was mywebsite.com and I embedded a form on "pageUno" on the same, you would be able to access the same by going to mywebsite.com/pageUno/

Based on your replies, it seems that you have actually shared your form links directly.

In your case, the following would be the direct links:

    https://form.jotform.com/60753446398163

    https://form.jotform.com/42604107245951

Now, if this is all true, than the only way for you to stop submissions going to your 42604107245951 form would be to disable the same. You can do that by following these steps: How to Change the Status of Forms

Once you do, you would no longer be able to receive the submission over the form that you are no longer using.

Then it would be best to share the new link to everyone that you have sent the old link to.

Now if you did embed the form onto your website (as explained above), just let us know what is the link to the same and we would be happy to check it out.
