How can I set a maximum number of entries for my form, and show how many are remaining?

On my form there are classes that can be selected and paid for. I would like to show how many spot are remaining in the class, on the form, since we can only allow a certain amount.

If you see on the webpage I have attached, there are options for each class and time available. After each option, I would like there to be a "# remaining" that automatically updates as these forms are submitted.
