We are unable to log into our JotForm account

    I am unable to log into the JOT form site. It tells me I have successfully requested to get my password re-set but I am not getting the directions to be able to re-set my password in my email.

    I took a look at the email and from what I can tell it seems that your account username is doreceptionist.

    As such, I would suggest trying to log into your account using the same.

    Now I see that your account email was in the bounce list - this is the reason reported back by your server:

     smtp; 421 4.3.2 Service not available, closing transmission

    I have removed it from the same, but if you are still not getting password reset link, you will need to contact your email server administrator to see what might be going on.

    PS: I have sent you a password reset email just now so please check if you got the same.
