Hi. I'm not getting my notifications at chrisjaeger@gmail.com.
Checked my junk folders, nothing there.
I think your system is blocking them.

It appears that your email address was in bounce list, since it has been removed you should be able to get the notifications now.
You can also check if an email is in bounce list from your account setting - How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list
