My forms have been disabled. Can you reset my account?

I was creating a form that triggered your anti-phishing program.  I have since deleted the form but would like to keep the other forms on my account.  Thank you.

I have now reactivated the account after manually checking for the suspected phishing form.

You may now login to the account at https://www.jotform.com/login to check the status.
