My form appears enabled in the settings, but I get "Form not found. This form is disabled."

I used one of your templates and modified it for our use. I have checked the settings and everything says the form is enabled, yet when I preview it, it is still not enabled.

    How do I enable it?

    Thanks,

    Steve

I've re-enabled your account.  Seems like you are trying to make a login form and this is not allowed by our terms of use, so I've deleted the form to prevent further suspensions.

    Thanks Michelle,

I am confused. What makes my form a "login" form? There is no password or any other login request. I only ask for the email address.and name.

You also say you have deleted the form and yet it is there now and works the way I want it to. How come?

I would appreciate a brief explanation for future reference.

Thanks again  for your help. Jotform is the best!

What is happening is that we have automatic phishing system that disables the form as soon as it registers that that form is a potential threat.

We unsuspended your account, but you should avoid any type of login form, that collects usernames passwords etc since our system will detect that kind of form as phishing form automatically.

    Hope it is clear now.

Please let us know if you have more questions.

    Hi Nik,

As near as I can tell, my form has nothing in it that even resembles a phishing system. None of the fields contain any suspicious questions. The only things asked for (and even these aren't mandatory) are the Name and Email address of the submitter. Why was the form tagged for phishing?

I need to know what the problem is so that I can avoid it the next time, I make a survey.

    Thanks very much.

    Steve

    Hello Steve,

Our anti-phishing system will, sometimes, mark forms as phishing forms if there are username and email on the form.

For your specific form, you don't have to worry about because we whitelisted your form and it will not be marked as phishing anymore.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
