Form is saving the last input data in browser.

Now it is having another problem. The website is remembering the input I last entered so that when I close the window and reload the form and try to preview it, it shows what my previous inputs were. I've tired refreshing the page but it doesn't work.

Any suggestions? Thank you again.

You seems to have enabled the "Autofill" preferences setting of your form. That is causing the input data to be saved in browser. Please disabled it and that should solve your problem.
