Duplicated drop-down questions is not working

I have three events on a form that require the user to indicate whether or not they will attend with a partner. Two questions have drop-downs. One is a list a names, the other a 1 or a 2. When I duplicate this all seems well in 'Edit' mode but when I 'Preview' or indeed 'Publish' the Form the Drop-downs do not work on Event 1 or 2 of the form - they do work on the last Event (Event3).

I was able to replicate the issue. However, the issue only happens on your form which is related to the field name.
