Calculated field value based on conditions not working properly on my form.

The hereunder specific condition does not work in my form, the destination field is kept empty.

You have over 20 Update/Calculate Field conditions, which one here is not working? Please tell us the number.

Just one thing I noticed is that some of the fields are manually hidden in the form. Please note that doing so won't show the fields even if you have a condition to show them. I would suggest showing them up, you can do it in the properties:

I have created a clone version of your form to my account to examine the conditions in it. And I found out that the field " Nom Equipe" is properly updating if the "Par équipe de 2" option is selected from the "Choisissez votre mode de course" field.

It's just quite confusing since you have another condition that states, "If the option, "Par équipe de 3 à 5", is selected it will show multiple fields including the " Nom Equipe" field." So the field "Nom Equipe" will remain hidden and not updated if the option, "Par équipe de 3 à 5", is selected from the "Choisissez votre mode de course" field.

In the screenshot above, I have disabled that condition to show that the "Nom Equipe" is updating if the rules are met.

Kindly clarify the how the process of your form should work as those conditions mentioned above creates conflict.

Hi,

If we have team of 2 runners I do not want them to name the team, the team name is automate  with the update field that is why it is hidden for single or team of 2.

When team of 3 to 5 I want them first to name the team.

This are the reasons why I want the "nom equipe (team name)" hidden for single and team of 2 and showed up for teams of 3 to 5.

Thank you for the clarifications. 

I already figured out where the issue is. Since the field, "Nom Equipe" is hidden, it will be cleared during submission, so no data is showing on the submission page for that field even if the condition is properly set up.

What you can do is change "Clear Hidden Field Value" option to "Don't Clear".
