The same as my colleague, your account seems to be good, now I see that this is related to payments and it happens when your customers submit the payment, I have checked your form and I see that you are using the PayPal Pro integration, upon checking the credentials that you have added I see that this might be causing the issue because when I clicked on the "Verify" button it is unable to verify your credentials:
I would suggest you to double check your credentials and verify that all is working fine on the PayPal's side, once this is verified, please try to integrate your form again.
