All my forms 'cannot be found' when I try to view or share them.

I can view my forms in the 'my forms' section of the website, but can't seem to use or share them. Why is this?

I have included a link to a form that doesn't work - it says it's been deleted?

Can you please help us know what is not working on your forms or provide us with the screenshot of what you have when you preview the forms?
