Form not found

    Hi,

    I've created a new form but when I try the preview : Form not found (has been deleted by the owner).

    Can you please help ?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. There is a temporary issue with the database in our EU servers. Our developers fixed it immediately. 

    I checked your form and I can see that it is working properly now. Here's a screenshot:
