Our client got a notice about reaching form view limits of their account

    I am a manager for a website company that recommends using JotForm to our clients. We've never had anyone even come close to breaching the threshhold for form views and submissions. Our one client got a notice today that they are at 900 of 1000 form views already fro this month.  I need some clarity on this if possible. They have the form posted on their home page, but based on site statistics they haven't had that many page views. Can you please have someone call me to dialog the numbers because our client is freaking out and this is a major issue

    I suggest taking a look at the following guide: Form View Limits: What is it all about

    It will give you a lot of details about the Form Views.

    Now the reason why no one had the same issue before is because the form views have been released in March, so this is the 2nd month with the form views being active.

    Now even if they did not have the same number of views on their website where the form is embedded, the form views will still be counted if someone went to the same directly, so this is something to take into account as well.

    Now in regards to the phone, please do note that we do not provide phone support, but we would be happy to assist you over this thread.

    Also, for us to inspect some account, we would need to be contacted by the person that owns the account, otherwise we can not share much of the details, nor provide the same support.
