Is there a way to mass upload conditions?

I am new to jot form and am hoping to auto-populate multiple fields (without creating individual URLs) at once based on an initial drop-down.

For example, if I have a dropdown with different school names, I would like the multiple text responses to auto-populate (e.g. school number, network number). Setting up conditional logic for each would be too time consuming since I am looking at 150+ schools and hoping to autopopulate 4-5 fields for each. Is there a way to create conditional logic by batches?

Alternatively, if I did create individual URLs for each (with pre-populated info), is there a way to mass send the URLs to the correct email addresses? And does all the data end up in the same place?

    Thank you!

I'm sorry, but you have to do it per school in the conditional logic. You can only add multiple rules/actions in one condition, but you cannot add multiple conditional logic at once. You can, however, duplicate one and modify it.

If you want to prepopulate it by URL parameters, you can use our prepopulate app to have it. Here's the link:

As for sending the URL, I think you mean the URL with parameters. Unfortunately, you'll need to send it per school/email address, especially if you want to restrict the others from viewing the other URL's.

If you'd like to send an email based on the school section, you need to do it by condition. Here's our guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection
