My forms have been disabled, says I have used all my upload space. I'm not even sure what is being stored. Can I see what is there and delete anything I don't need?

You have several forms that send files to Dropbox. The files that are sent to Dropbox are first stored in your JotForm account. To clear up space, you would need to delete the submissions that have files attached. This can be done from the submission view of your account:
