form not connecting to given link on submit
Am working on this form: https://form.jotform.com/61024046928150
On submit, it is to redirect to http://www.meetupuppervalley.com/thank-you-glassblowing-june.html
However, it goes to http://www.meetupuppervalley.com/thank-you-glassblowing.html (which doesn't exist, so goes to a 404 error page.
No matter how many times we've told it to go to the correct page, or even the default thank you text, it consistently redirects to the thank-you-glassblowing.html page, and we can't figure out why it is holding on to the wrong address.
This is only an issue because people can register for 4 different dates of this class. We will set up forms for each date, and each form will go to its own thank you page which confirms the date. So we need to be able to tell this form where to redirect to so we can clone it to make the forms for the other dates.
Thanks for your help with this!

It seems that the issue is related to conditional Thank You page redirect configured on the form. Please see the next image.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
