I am attempting to send notifications of submissions to multiple recipients. The instructions that are on your support page dont seem to match what I see on my tool bar. There is no "edit" button in the section for emails. I even set up more than one notifier and the test message only goes to my default email. Please advise.

Is this the form you are working on http://www.jotform.us/form/60945246398164

I have inspected your form and I saw that you have created two email Notifications. However recipient email address of both Notifications is the same. You will need to change recipient email in one of your Notification.

In case that you want to send Notification to multiple recipients, you can also add multiple email addresses in the same notification. All you need to do is to separate them with a comma and a space inside of Recipient E-mail field of Notification. Example:

    user1@domain.com, user2@domain.com

Do not place anything after last email address.

I also saw that you tested your email Notification using Test Email button. Please note that this will always send the email notification to your account email address.

To test your email Notification you need to open your form, fill it and submit it using submit button.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
