    Upload file problems with Firefox

    Dear JotForm Representative,

    First I'd like to congratulate you on your excellent platform and for making it available for small developers.

    I'm currently testing a Request for Quotation form for a website in Hebrew. I encountered an unusual behavior in the sense that the upload file mechanism doesn't seem to work properly on Firefox 10, while having no problems on IE9. Therefore I gather that the source of the problem is not the form itself, rather something with the code.

    In addition, when the upload file mechanism doesn't function, there is no way for the user to cancel the upload, except clearing the entire form and that's an even bigger problem.

    What do you suggest?

    Hi Tomer,

    I tried reproducing the same at my end using Firefox 10.0.2, but it worked correctly.

    The file was uploaded and i could see it in submission as well as could see the file link when exported to excel.

    This seems like a browser specific issue, maybe try clearing your browser cache, history and temp files and see if the upload happens correctly.

    Some browser plugin also causes this error. Try uninstalling them or reset your firefox setting

    Hi Sean,

    I found that some of the JavaScript files I was using were older and when I updated them correctly the browser incompatibility resolved.
