This is because the email address that you provided is not included in the email notifier, the email address where emails are going is the next one:
You will need to change that email address and set yours as email recipient, this guide will help you with that: How-to-Properly-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address.
In case that you want to send the email notification to the current email and yours then this guide will help you to set more than one email recipient: Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.

Does that look like i took care of it now? It is coming up as the correct email in the filed now for me.

I have checked your form it it does look like the information is in place. You should receive the email alerts to that email you have set.
If you did not receive an email (even the test), please check your junkmail folder to see if the email alert landed there.
