Unable to create form in Internet Explorer.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Do you get an error message when you try to create form in IE browser? With which version of IE you are using and having issue with?
I did try to create a form in IE 11 browser and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. It seems "Continue" button of "Form Name" window does not work in IE browser when you create new blank form. Please check the screenshot below:

We recommend to work on forms building/edition using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, so please download any of these browsers instead.
