We have a problem with the Thank you message.
In the Jotform editor it looks good, but on the website half of it disappears.
See the 2 screenshots.

May we know if the form is embedded on a website? If it is, could you please provide us the website link where it is?
You could use this custom CSS:
height: 500px !important;
Paste it under the CSS tab in your Form Designer Tool. Here's a screenshot of it. You can adjust the height value of the CSS code to your own preference.
Let us know if that works.

It works better, but ... not perfect!
See the screenshot.

Unfortunately if you reply to this thread using your email client, and attach an image, it won't go through here in the forum. To share us your screenshot, you need to visit this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/817310 directly, then use the image upload button.
You can also follow this guide on how to share your screenshot: https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033-How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum.
We'll wait for your response.

It looks like the form is embedded on a website, could you please provide us the website where the form is embedded so that we can check it further? It would be quite hard for us to check how the problem is manifesting without knowing how it is actually setup.
But based from the screenshot, it seems like the parent element where the form is has a shorter height.
- HsgAnswered on April 14, 2016 at 03:45 AMGoodmorning Charlie,
The website is http://huizesolagratia.wix.com/hsg1
Click the button 'Reserveren' on the homepage and you get the form.

You can update the css code that my colleague provided earlier and change the value of the height from 500px to 420px.
height: 420px !important;
You can also check out this guide on how to add/update custom css: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes
Once the code has been added, the Thank You page should now look like the screenshot below:
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

I updated the CSS code, but the result is the same.

I checked your website and I see that you are using Wix.com to build it.
Could you please try re-embedding the form but using the iFrame embed code instead?
Then in the iFrame code, set a min-height attribute in the iframe tags.
Here's an example of your iframe embed code, simply check the yellow highlight code below and ad and set the min-height to a value that will cover the whole form, try setting it on 520px or 500px.
This means, you just need to change the previous attribute from height to min-height.
Let us know if that works. This is how it looks like in my test Wix website:

I tried it out, but wirh 520 and 500 it was stiil the same.
But with some more trying I found out that with min-height 600 it is perfect!
That works too with the Platforms (with Wix).
So thanks a lot!
Maybe this can help you to solve the problem:
When I started with the form the Thank you message was good.
Then it became very short, and then a little bit longer.
And so it stayed the same when I started this thread.
