You can possibly use conditions to password protect your form:

'Page Break' control is not working. Please check and revert asap.

I am trying to insert a Page Break ..but the control is not functioning on the main survey page.

If I create a new survey and then insert a Page Break ..its working.

Please post unrelated questions on a new forum thread.

Also, in your post include the URL of the form in which the PageBreak does not work. It could have conflict with your existing conditions or FormCollapse. I have to take a look before I can say anything.

this makes sense, but when I add the page break and condition, I still see all of my questions on page 1. What am I missing?

You cannot use both FormCollapse and PageBreak on the same form. It will cause this problem.
