EU Form: "Form not found" error message

i am having the same problem. I cloned a form, and now the form isn't working anymore. The following message appears: Form not found. The form has been deleted by the owner. (But I did not delete it!)

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a problem earlier related to our EU servers which caused the error message "Form not found". The problem has already been fixed. Please do let us know if you are still having difficulties on this.
