Hi:
We need a way to create a flat shipping rate based on the scenario below. We are using both payment tools 'Purchase Order' and Paypal. Our work around is to create a product labelled "Shipping Cost", the user matches the order's subtotal value to the values listed on the "Shipping Cost" dropdown. This method works but when the tax is added the shipping cost is also added to the order's subtotal therefore the tax amount is incorrect. The tax need to be calculated before the shipping cost is added. Do you have any way we could create a true flat rate shipping costs using these payment tools?
- Pickup @ Boutique (Free)
- Ship to Hostess ($5.00)
- $0.01-$30.00 ($5.00)
- $30.01-$45.00 ($10.00)
- $45.01-$70.00 ($15.00)
- $70.01-$250.00 ($20.00)
- $250.01-and up (Free)
Thanks
Bill

Hi Bill,
There is actually option in Payment tools to add a flat Shipping Cost.
User guide: How-to-Add-Shipping-Cost-to-Payment-Forms
The option is for Per Transaction
Can you not use this option instead? I think its possible on your requirement.
Let us know if you need further help.
