Does Salesforce integration support Sandbox?

I've tried to connect to one of our sandbox but failed. I'm wondering if you only support Production or is there any instructions I can follow in case I got something wrong. Thank you.

Unfortunately, our integration works with the main account. it is not compatible with the sales-force sandbox account. You will need to have the Salesforce product.
