Can I get Form Autoresponder with the Free plan?

Asked by Wendy Stanley  on April 14, 2016 at 08:22 AM

I'm trying to setup a form on my website that will send a download link to a visitor after completion. Can your service do that? If so, what plan do I need?

    Hi Wendy,

    The answer is yes.

In fact Autoresponder Email is now included by default every time you create your new form. This is available even to Free subscription.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

I'd like to setup a webpage with whitepapers that require a contact form to be submitted. Once the form is received, an email is sent to the visitor with the PDF attached. How would I set this up? Would I need a unique form for each whitepaper?

You only need 1 form in order to send auto reply or confirmation email to your users. Please check these guides that will help you create your Autoresponder:

    Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings

Also, you can only put a PDF link for your users to download or save. In the Email wizard, you need to click the "Form Fields" and then choose PDF link. You can also just type {pdf-link} in the message.

Let us know if you still have any questions. Thank you.

What if I have multiple PDF links? I want to send a unique auto response email for each link.
