Why can't I open the form via the link?

    Hi There,

     

    I have set up a few forms in the account and they were working fine, but now when I click on the link or preview section it states 'Form Not Found'

    I can see each of the forms listed in the account and can view them in edit mode.

     

    Please advise - I have sent this link out and expect form submissions to come back.  It will cause an issue if they don't work.

     

    Do I need to upgrade the account?  I did check the pricing and I don't believe I've exceeded the free account but please let me know asap.

    Your account is currently autosuspended. It was suspended by our phishing detector tool because you have a form that are asking for credit card information.

     

    This is not allowed in JotForm and it violates our terms of use. If you need to collect payment from your users, you need to use one of our payment processors.

    We can re-activate your account but we need to delete the fields or the forms. If you're okay with that, please let us know. Thank you.
