    There are some instances where there's a delay in the replication process in our servers (usually in EU), thus causing the changes in your form not to show in real-time in the live preview. However, we are always on monitor on these kind of cases and our back-end team immediately fixes these kind of issues. They are also actively implementing solutions and finding ways to improve our replication process. 

    So far, I'm checking our EU test account and the save function is working properly (I presume you are referring to the "Save" button in the form builder"?).

    May we know if you are getting any error messages? Perhaps if you can show some screenshot of it? Or you simply meant that the changes are just not showing in real-time?

    Hello Charlie,

    When I made changes in the form and use the save button, then with Preview the change is not visible. And also when I publish the form is not changed.

    There is no error message.

    A few times it helped to log out and log in.

    But just now it does not work again.
    I took away the calendars and made a textfield with question 'What period', but the preview still shows the calendars.

    Thank you Johan for the update and additional details about your issue.

    I see you have a few forms in your account currently.

    Is there a certain form this has been happening on?

    Can you please tell us the name or provide us with a link of the form that you are experiencing this issue on the most so we can investigate it?

    Also, when you've been comparing it are you just previewing and looking at the live version via it's direct link or is the form embedded on a webpage somewhere?

    I have used 'Vragenformulier' the most.

    The other is a copy with changes.

    What happens is this:
    For example: in the Jotform editor I add in the form a telephone and save it.
    I go the the Designer: the telephone is not there. In the preview: no telephone.
    Publishing into the website: no telephone.
    Several times saving and trying again: nothing changes.

    Then may be after an hour I try again, and ... it the saving works and the telephone is there!

    NB. All the time the telephone is visible in the form of the Jotform editor.

    For awhile I am ready with the form, so I don't know how it works today.

    I checked your form, I see that that field: telephone is there, as you said. So, I'm unable to replicate this problem.

    Could you try please to reset your browsers cache

    Or to try with another browser maybe?

    Most of the time the problem is not there.

    I emptied the cache.
    For the moment I don't need Jotform, but when I got problems, or no problems, I will let you know.
