    Need help with unique ID Form

    I want to test out my form but noticed that it is using my submissions towards my free 100 which i do not want ... i am only testing it for my customer.  I am trying out the unique id widget to see if it works.  

    It (unique ID#) did not work the first submission, what can i do?

    Is there another way to have a unique id each time someone submits a form?  

    Will my customer get an email from jotform each time a form is submitted from their website?

    You can learn more about how to setup the Unique ID widget in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/79-Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions 

    The ID will be generated once the form is submission, the index should increment every time the form is submitted. However, if you edit the unique ID widget incorrectly, you are risking the chance to create a conflicting ID which might break the current index.

    Please note that your submissions, even though they are tests, will still be counted as long as the form is submitted. You can increase the monthly submission limit of the account by upgrading to a higher subscription plan or by fulfilling some tasks in the "Get More" section of your account.
