    You can create two email alerts on your form.

    One is the notifier which you can setup specific email addresses to alert the recipient whenever the form has a new submission. A copy of the submission data, by default, is in the notifier.     The second is the autoresponder, it allows you to setup an email alert to send on the email address inputted on your form (like an email field). Here's a guide about the autoresponder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder 

    Those email alerts work regardless if the form is filled out using the direct link or if it is embedded on a website.

    I have tried everything and my customers do not get an auto response email after buying my products? Very frustration. Why is this so hard.

    Hello Griderss,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form's auto-responder email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should send the auto-responder email without any problem. 

    I have cleared your form cache from here. Since we cannot test your live form, can you please test your form and see you are able to receive submission emails or not.
