Telephone numbers and email address are being deleted from jotform, when it is emailed to me.

    It happen on the last 2 submissions.  Their email and telephone number was not on my notification form sent to me and it is not in area, where I can print a pdf or excel.  I also just received an call from a would be client that they could not enter online. So something is going on, but I don't know what.

    Okay, the reason you gave me, is not valid.  I received 4 more submissions and they did not have the email and telephone number on them. This never happen before.  Now I have problems of trying to get in touch with these client.  

    Can you look further into this, to see what the issue is.  Please.
