Go to your integration, and click on the Dropbox integration:
Then click on edit integration:
Authenticate the account, and look for the folder name:
That's the one you need look for in your Dropbox account search bar:

Please try to remove the integration and then log out from JotForm. After that, log back in and add the Dropbox integration again.
In the Dropbox integration, here's where your folder name is:
This is what it should look like in Dropbox:
