Why are all my forms disabled

    My forms have been working but now i checked and all my forms are disabled. Can you verify if my account is active

    Hello Lakshmi,

    I have checked your account and saw a number of forms which do not conform to JotForm's terms and service. One of which is the sign-up form which asks for a password field. And two more forms called the forgot password form. Due to these forms, your account was detected by our filter and had it automatically suspended.

    Please be informed that JotForm does not create a form for membership sign-ins for logging in purposes. JotForm only has the capacity to collect submitted information, and for this reason that everything else may highly be suspected for phishing.

    As I trust that you did not know of these policies and as it does not seem you're into malicious activities, I have reactivated your account in order for you to let you remove the forms.  However, please do this in the soonest possible time, otherwise our automated phishing filter might detect again your forms and have you suspended again.
