    Form notification and autoresponder gets deleted after some time

    It seems that the issue has resurfaced. That is the weird issue of my email
    auto respond and notification gets deleted after some time. I keep needing
    to have to set it up again and again. At this time I have set it up again
    so it is there on the form now but after a day or so it gets deleted(by
    deleted i mean removed from the email interface section when editing the
    form) I keep having to set it up every morning. Is your system flagging my
    form in a negative way?

    I could not reproduce the problem you described at this time.

    I don't think there is a way for the Form Builder to automatically delete Notifier and Autoresonder on the form without an actual user/person doing it instead.

    But we can never know.. it can be a glitch.

    When I checked your only form http://www.jotform.ca/form/60964728566268   just now, I see the existence of Notification and Autoresponder on it.


    what I suggest for know now is to let us observe if the anomallly will happen again. If it does, please do not add a Notifier or Autoresponder and contact us immediately instead via this post and we will check it at once.

    The problem seems to have been resolved. It was most likely a result of my incompetence with the software lol. Your help in this manner is appreciated. I will do as you have asked if the problem surfaces again in the future.
