Notification Emails: Why am I not receiving notifications by email?

    We are no longer receiving notification emails for forms that have as the notification recipient. We have tested the address and are receiving mail fine outside of jotform. Please advise.

    Sometimes you stop receiving emails because your email address is in our bounce list; however, this does not seem to be the case since I checked your email address and I noticed that this is not in our bounce list and the history is showing that all emails are being sent as normal. 

    Please check the history for your email address by following the steps on this guide:

    Also, check your junk and spam folders, sometimes emails are filtered on these folders, so if this is the case you should find the emails there.
