Preferences: "Disable on Date" always show default date even after setting one.Asked by shpenational on April 15, 2016 at 07:20 AM
I'm trying to set a date/time to disable my form, but it is not saving. When i save the date and time, i close the option, reopen it, and it's back to default today at 0:00.
I need the form to close today at 5pm PST. The form is https://www.jotform.com//?formID=60747437923160
I have just cloned your form and tried to set it for right now and it worked.
Could you please try setting it to current time and then try to submit the same? After that just set it back to 5PM PST.
What actually happens is that the form opens up with defaults, not with the time set, even if it is set for the same.
I will raise this up to our developers so that it shows the set date and time instead.
As soon as that is done, you will be updated about it through this thread.
This problem should be fixed. Would you please try one more time and let us know if it still persists?
