Unable to submit the form

I have created a form and done a test run and the submission worked perfectly fine the first ime, but now that I have cloned and updated the previous form I have not been able to submit the form as an error message appears when I press the submit button.

I cloned your form and I was able to identify that the issue is happening because of the Terms & Conditions widget. Please try to delete the Terms & Conditions widget and then add it back again.
