I would like to use a single form on multiple pages of my site, however, I need to set a field with a unique value in each form.

I do not want to use the html code to embed because I later want to change the form in JotForm and automatically update every page of the site, keeping the value that I set earlier.

    FORM: https://form.jotform.com/61054609666965

    INPUT FIELD ID: input_94

    Thanks

    sorry my english (Google Translate)

I understand that you want to have a unique ID to be set on the field Modelo Escolhido which is different to each webpage.

If so, you may set the value by sending it through the URL parameter as shown below:

    https://form.jotform.com/61054609666965?modeloEscolhido=YourUniqueID

You may change the unique ID for each embed so that the set ID will be displayed on the form differently on different webpages.

Hope this information helps! If you are referring to something different or need any further assistance, please let us know.
