My account was suspended

    I just tried to log in and received a popup that my account was suspended.  I am collecting sensitive data but  I used jotofmr because you offered the SSL Certificate. I thought the whole purpose of the SSL certificate was to be able to collect such data. Can you please inform me of what needs to be done so that I can get into my account?

    This is because of this form:

    On it you were asking for CC info, something that is not allowed on JotForm, if you want to collect payments using your forms you will need to use our already existing integrations:

    These are the fields that you had in your form: 

    You are not allowed to ask for CC info, username, passwords or other sensitive data on your forms, although we provide a secure connection (SSL), please read our terms in order to avoid your forms being disabled again, I have removed those fields in order to re-activate your account.

    Your account has been activated again and you should be able to log in now.

    Thank you for reactivating my account.  The link you sent does not work for my forms as I'm not selling anything.  I am collecting the information to make client payments to vendors.  We don't actually sell or process any payments.  I use jotform for this because you offer the encryption service.

    I checked your account again and I noticed that our anti-phishing system detected your form as phishing again since there were some fields with the word "Credit Card" on its name, I removed and renamed those fields in order to re-activate your account. 

    Also, though you are not processing payments, but you are asking for CC info to process these payments using your own method, I would suggest you to use one of our integrations in order to avoid phishing, as explained above and also follow this guide in order to do not charge your users and get their payment info:

    Please check your account it should allow you to log in now.

    I am now able to log into my account. I have been trying to update my
    forms using Stripe but all of these forms are still saying disabled. Is
    there a way to see what forms are still blocked or is this something you
    need to do on your end?

    The account was still Autosuspended by our Phishing filter because of this form

    I have manually reactivated the account since the form is not a CC account phishing form.

    You should be able to use your forms now.

    Let us know if issue persist.
