Can I combine submissions from multiple forms by IP Address?

Right now I have multiple forms on a landing page all collecting different information (some of which do not need to be completed by all clients viewing). Is there a way to combine the data from multiple forms by IP address? So that if one person fills out three separate forms, would I be able to combine their data into one excel file?  

You can combine the data over different forms based on the same value, by using the Combine Submissions app.
