We are having trouble receiving email notifications for some of our forms, particularly our Chicagoobgyn.com form. We have whitelisted everything that was dictated from other forum posts but nothing is being sent through.
Not sure what the issue is. What are we missing so we can get the email notifications working properly?
The 3 email recipients are listed in the bounce list.
dg-af@chica***bgyn.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 Unable to add dg-af@chica***bgyn.com because host
isi-rra@chica***bgyn.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 Unable to add isi-rra@chica***bgyn.com because host
kca-ares@chica***bgyn.com is IN the bounce list

I have remove them from the list now. You should be able to get the notifications. Can you please go to your email notification and please don't leave the "Reply to" email field is blank.
