Por medio de la presente me permito solicitar su soporte, teniendo en cuenta que los plugins en los formularios no me sirven, requiero de ustedes para la solución lo mas pronto posible, este inconveniente se presenta en todos nuestros formularios.

As I check your JotForm, I see the plugins are loaded normally and see that they are working fine at my end. Please see the screenshot below:
Are you still experiencing the issue at your end? Could you try opening the form in a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if it is loading normally?
