Not sure where the problem is, but one of my forms seems to still be sending the same submission over and over again from august 2015

    They are getting bombarded by one form submission from August 4th 2015..  I am trying to track the problem and was wondering if you have ever heard of this issue.

    I have just reviewed the form embedded on your site, 40547405401950. When reviewing the submission you received on this form I did not see any duplicated submissions from the date you indicated.

    I did a quick search but could only locate the Christina send two submission in total, that date you indicated and another a couple months before.
