Can you try reintegrating your form if the issue can be fixed by that? If not, can you please provide us more information such as the link to the form with the issue so we can have a deeper look?

@corrine1968. Currently, there's no existing integration for Google Docs and Jotform. But there is for Google Drive and Google Sheets. Also, when asking questions, provide as much information as possible, including error messages, what you have previously tried, what documentation and searches you have attempted. Paint a complete picture.
