Account Suspended. Reached Upload Limit: I have deleted old submissions and my account is now within limits. How can I have my account 'un- suspended'

Once the upload space is within limits, your account and all your forms will automatically be enabled. I checked your account and I can confirm that it has now been enabled. You can now view your forms without any issue.
