    I am not receiving the emails after an order is placed

    I checked your form and I see that the email recipient for the email notifications is contact@************.com. I checked our records and I saw that the two email notifications were sent successfully to that address.

    Please check your spam box to see if the email was sent there, and also make sure that noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list.

    If you are still unable to receive the emails, please let us know.
