Using a free account, what happens when I reach the limit of 100mb per month? Can I delete sumbissions files to make room for others or I won't be able to use the space until the next month?

If you run out of storage space (go over 100 MB on a free account), your account will go into overlimit status and your forms will be temporarily disabled for as long as the account is over its limits.
The storage space is a total of all uploaded files currently residing in your submissions, so storage space does not "reset" the next month. Only counters such as submission counters or form view counters reset on the first day of next month.
1. To regain storage space without upgrading the account, you must delete some of your existing submissions that have files uploaded within them. Deleting a submission will delete any files that were uploaded within that submission, so deleting submissions is the only way to reclaim some of the used storage space.
Please also note that, once files are deleted from our servers, there is no way for us to recover your deleted data. We highly recommend that you export / download backup your submissions first, before deleting them from our servers:
