I am not receiving notifications (as I did in the past) of our forms being submitted.Asked by Torben on April 19, 2016 at 11:43 AM
In the past year, I received notifications that a jot form online application had been received at the above email address, and this year I have received none.
I have received emails from some individuals saying they had completed an online application via jot form, so I know applications are being submitted.
Nor do I know that I have an account with Jot Form in order to Login.
Can you please help?

I did manage to find the account that seems to be connected to the website you have mentioned:
The same form belongs under the same account. If you need to access it, please go to login page and use the reset password option. It will help you get the email with the instructions on how you can access your account.

I understand that there is a form allowing students to apply!
My problem is that in the past I received notification that an application had been submitted in my inbox : firstname.lastname@example.org
I am not seeing any applications being submitted and know that there have been some.
Can you please call me to help me figure this out.

I went ahead and checked your account and form titled "Application of Interest". It is set to send the notification to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. Our mail log shows that the emails are being sent to those addresses successfully. You can also check your form's email history to see the status of the email notifications:

If you are receive the emails from email@example.com but not in firstname.lastname@example.org, then it is possible that your email client might have moved the notifications in your spam/junk/trash folder. They might also be filtering the emails.
I see you also have another account titled "A Step 2 Success Individual Grant Application". It has the same recipient address and shows that notifications are being sent successfully.
Please consult with your IT team or your email provider for the address email@example.com and see if they are blocking emails from our end.
