Hi there, I used to get form submissions sent to me via email, but I've noticed that although the data is stored on jotform's website, I haven't been receiving emails. I checked the form to confirm that emails are set up to be sent to the correct address, and they are. I'm not sure what's going on, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated!Page URL:

I have checked email address that is set as recipient email of the form you provided and that email address is in bounce list. Our system gave following result:
alix*******@am****.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 smtp5.am.jll.com
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
Also you should Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
